Services for Addiction Recovery
If you are ready to recover, want and need to be clean and sober, please give me a call. I have helped countless people on their way to a more peaceful, honest, and open life. Becoming addicted to alcohol or any other substance begins as a way of coping with difficulties in life – until it turns into the thing that IS the difficulty. Growing up in a family where alcohol is prevalent can increase your odds of becoming an alcoholic yourself. Often people in alcoholic families lack knowledge of good coping skills, or they have a high level of anxiety or depression. Sometimes people don’t know what is wrong, they just don’t feel right. They feel like something is missing, or like they are not good enough. Some people have had issues such as childhood emotional and/or sexual abuse, or neglect and they don’t know how to “get over it” as they are told to do. We hold pain most strongly when we are afraid to look at it. Finding out about your own personal issues and changing yourself for the better is always easier and less painful than you might think. We will work together to get you through whatever you believe is holding you back. Recovery is possible and you can do it.
